National Honor Society is one of the most distinguished organizations of operating within middle schools and high schools all around the country. Here at the NHS Chapter at West Broward, we honor those students who demonstrate excellence in scholarship, leadership, service, and character.
Our chapter was established at the beginning of the 2008-2009 school year. We are not a group of elitists - we are a community service club. Our chapter participates in projects throughout the school as well as the community.
Our main goals are to promote characters of leadership, integrity, respect, and service to wherever our influence spreads. We wish to change the community from the inside out and make it a place where everyone plays a part in changing not only our immediate surroundings, but changing the world.
